Turning, milling and cutting are additional services we provide to you. Machinery and experience allow us to implement tasks in fields of machine construction, repair of machinery, and its components and repair of equipment.
Turning is one of the most common of metal cutting operations. A workpiece is rotated about its axis as single-point cutting tools are fed into it, shearing away unwanted material and creating the desired part. The tool’s axes of movement may be literally a straight line, or they may be along some set of curves or angles.
We carry out the following types of turning:
- cylindrical and conical surface turning
- rifling
- machining holes
- cutting
Milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material from a workpiece by advancing in a direction at an angle with the axis of the tool. It covers a wide variety of different operations and machines, on scales from small individual parts to large, heavy-duty gang milling operations. Apart from turning, milling is another most commonly used process in industry for machining parts to precise sizes and shapes.
We offer the following
- groove and channel milling
- boring
- hole machining
- face milling
- radius milling
