By metal constructions we mean both work on small products such as shop hooks, trolleys, racks as well as large orders such as work and access platforms, stairs, storage ladders.

We present our projects that were commissioned by companies.

We accept orders for custom-made constructions. These are often demanding jobs in which our experience and know how play a significant role. However, some of them are simple or troublesome for a client due to small quantity and expected short period of time.

Reconstruction of a ceiling

Reconstruction at GRAF-POZ Print House, which involved dismantling parts of the ceiling above the printing press and raising it to the appropriate height to allow the crane to be placed. The basic difficulty in implementing this order was to plan the work so that the printing press would remain in constant motion and the continuity of production was maintained. The task of remodeling was done on time, which, also considering the conditions of work caused by the high temperature was a great success.

Metal constructions for solar collectors for VOX.

We designed and constructed steel substructures for mounting collectors on vertical walls and aluminium racks for the installation of collectors on flat and sloping roofs. In addition to this we produced stainless steel hooks for the assembly of these to roof truss structures.

Trolleys for transporting of printing plates

The order was placed by GRAF-POZ Print House. The trolleys enable easy transport and storage, thus minimizing the risk of damage to the plates.

Angular construction designed to place small items on euro pallets.

By placing the construction over the pallet in the desired way, an employee is able to pile up evenly, for example carton packagings, which measurably shortens the time of preparing goods for shipping.

A warehouse-rolling ladder with a platform ordered by Budmar Company.

A very solid construction of the ladder was made of steel and fully welded, with a large platform and casters. Thanks to this the higher levels of the storage can be easily reached without the need for a forklift truck.

Plastic bag holders

They were especially designed to prevent customers from pulling out the entire roll with the bags. They are also equipped with a hook for hanging the plastic gloves and a shelf for paper bags. The holders are entirely made of power coated metal.

Hooks for plastic bags placed at the cash desks ordered by Auchan, one of the biggest supermarkets in Poland.

Customized transport trolleys

They were manufactured for grocery stores and designed to carry crates, boxes and small items to be placed on shelves.

Modernization of a compressor at Herlitz.

We made a completely new air vent pipe so that there was a possibility of additional heating of the room in the autumn-winter period.

Casing of a sterilizer in one of the hospitals in Poznan.

The casing is entirely made of stainless steel.

Bicycle racks

Bicycle racks made to order based on the project provided. Construction of bike racks is an integral part of a railing and ornamental flowerpot. In another version the racks are combined with a metal frame of an advertising banner.
