Repair and modernization of machines

Repair and modernization is a constantly growing field of our business. Depending on customer needs we make repairs of industrial equipment and its components, modernize motors and engines, make spare parts or counterparts.

• We designed and manufactured a disc cutter for cutting clinker bricks into tiles. The cutter has the ability to change the spindle speed depending on the diameter of the cutting disc realized by the inverter. It is equipped with a special table for cutting corner tiles with a diamond blade of 600 mm in diameter. The water system needed for wet cutting has an additional heater installed, which affects the comfort of an operator, which in turn increases his efficiency.
• Designing, manufacturing and assembly of a new casing for ISIMAT.
• Heating tunnel to perform printing on plastic bags.
