Heavy duty workbenches

Let us introduce the offer of heavy duty workbenches manufactured for various large companies. The workbenches we provide are made of high quality materials. Our products are made in accordance with the recommendations and requirements of the customer and based on the principle of due diligence, attention to detail and reliability design, corresponding to the intent of the use of the workbench in the production process. According to preliminary requirements, we design a prototype, and a larger production series of an unusual workbench, which are to be used for example for placing wire harnesses for a variety of devices and vehicles, assembling automotive components, packaging and quality control of small products, assembly of electronic equipment. Of course, the examples presented below do not fully show all our manufacturing possibilities.

We produce workbenches made of conventional st3s steel – Polish equivalent of the European S235JRG2 (1.0038), stainless steel or aluminum. The worktops we offer can be made from plywood, laminated particleboard, steel, stainless steel, or aluminum, according to the customer’s needs.

We provide a wide range of workbenches catering for customer’s needs such as additional lighting, shelves, non-standard or adjustable height of the tables or adjustable worktops.

• Workbenches with stainless steel tops used for cleaning rollers after applying paint and tables with chipboard worktops used for packaging. The order was placed by print house GRAF-POZ.

• Heavy duty and workshop workbenches designed and custom made for EL-CAB Company in Bolechowo near Poznań in Poland. The construction of the tables was made entirely from aluminium hollow sections and the worktop from laminated plywood. The workbenches have been designed in such a way as to provide as much free access as possible to an employee working in both sitting and standing positions. Smart design provides a wide range of adjustments of the table vertically (height adjusted to the growth and position of the employee) and the corresponding sloping worktop. This feature was particularly desirable, because the tables are used primarily for stacking harnesses of cables. In addition, the tables have been provided with locking casters and an adjustable swing arm to mount lighting.

• A simple workbench of minimalist design for production or a workshop with a solid welded steel construction. The workbench is painted with industrial polyurethane enamel. This is an offer recommended to customers looking for a good table at an affordable price.
